PM-01: Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification Exam Preparation boot-camps (Career Enhancement – 4 Days)

This is the most comprehensive and beneficial course of all. Attending this training course helps students to gain the mandatory 35 contact hours, needed for applying for the PMP® Certification exam, conducted by the PMI® (Project Management Institute). Acquiring certification helps individuals on their Career Progression in the field of Project Management. PM-02: Project Management Practitioner Workshop with Case Studies & hands-on experience – Simulated Projects  (2- Day)
This course is for professionals with a minimum of 2 years experience with little or some familiarity with projects. Participants will be able to start executing small & medium projects in their organizations without needing much external support. They can bring orderliness, control and direction to projects that may not be huge in value, and span anywhere up to 6 months deploying up to 5 resources.

PM-03:  Project Management Briefcase Study for SMEs, Executives & Sponsors (1 Day)
Many a significant effort in organizations are executed either to a level of dissatisfaction with cost overruns and lack of quality or end up as failures, primarily due to insufficient sponsorship, absence of leadership awareness of the plans, inconsistent procedures, lack of controls and inconsistent communication, resulting in poor management and allocation of resources.
This course will provide all the fundamentals for executives and entrepreneurs on Projects to be able to properly sponsor and direct a project in their organization and gain control over the progress.
